Carriage of Goods and Service
- The customer must ensure they package all items properly to avoid damages.
- The driver will only package items if a premium service that includes packaging is purchased.
- For any issues with your items or claim, you must contact the driver to discuss, since drivers are all independent and self-employed and arrange their own insurance to cover the work they are doing.
- If you book a one man with the van, then you must arrange for your own loading and unloading; driver help is not guaranteed.
- If you book additional help, then the team will be loading and unloading your goods.
- You must arrange to pay the full amount or a deposit before the commencement of all jobs.
- If there is an increase of load different to what was quoted for, the driver will demand you pay the difference to the increment in loads.
- Overnight storage of your goods inside the van or at any other location will incur additional charges, which will be quoted separately and must be agreed before the job commences.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of work to receive a full refund. You cannot cancel once the driver is on the way; if you do, you will be charged the cost of fuel spent from the start of the journey to the point of cancellation, plus £15 per hour for driver time.
- Any complaints, feel free to contact admin.
- Waiting time charges apply at the driver's discretion.
- We cannot accept any further work from you until all payments on your account are fully settled with a zero balance remaining.
- The van is provided for the use and carriage of goods only. Passengers are not permitted to ride onboard the van at any time.
- We are not obliged to dismantle and reassemble any furniture unless a premium service that includes or covers the type of service is purchased.
- By booking for our services you agree to the above terms and conditions, which bind both parties together in UK, England and Wales.
